"We had an amazing stay at UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible and the resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, the food across the restaurants was consistently delicious, and the whole property had such a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere.
A huge shoutout to Luis, our butler, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. He made everything effortless from helping with reservations to checking in and making sure we always had what we needed. His attention to detail really elevated our experience.
Also, Eugenio at the pool deserves special recognition! He was the best pool butler always friendly, attentive, and making sure drinks were full and everyone was having a great time. He brought such positive energy to the pool area every day.
The staff truly make this resort special. We left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend UNICO Riviera Maya if you’re looking for great service, great food, and a beautiful place to unwind!"

"Staff is extremely helpful and aim to please. Although often appears to be hoping for a tip.
Rooms design are frustratingly inefficient. Not enough drawer space, a useless armour that had no rod to hang anything, and no shelves or drawers. We kept out shoes at the bottom. . Not enough hooks to hang robes or wet towels. Bathroom has no drawers at all so all of your toiletries have to be kept on the counter. Housekeeping appeared to loose interest in us as the week progressed. The special snacks were only restocked the first four days No more M&Ms or pringles chips . I suppose that’s just for the newbies! "
