"Important cruise info: The shuttle that goes from the hotel to the port doesn’t pickup returning passengers until about 9:30am / 10am. So if you need to get back to the hotel, you’ll need to get an Uber or another form of transportation. Overall, the hotel stay was alright."

"Me and my wife, reached the hotel at 1:00 AM due to delayed flight, was told that room was not ready. Asked to wait for 30 minutes. Finally at 1:40 AM, was told that there was an issue....i had to pick between (a) room with no AC (b) room without a door for bathroom. The front desk was very rude and told me I could complain to the manager who will not be available till 1:00 PM next day....while this was going on another guest who was given the same choice started to call other hotels in the area and none were available. I decided to take up "Room with no bathroom door" as we were dead tired (at 2:15 AM). We were told that we will be given a refund for $50 for inconvenience - so far I have not seen any discount or any email from the hotel. Worst hotel so far (Nightmare)."

"I booked this property MONTHS in advance. I couldn't understand why I was given a room with a horrible view. I was placed on the second floor behind the sign. I will never book at Holiday Inn Miami or any location again."

"Cleaning staff So loud making noise like nobody is sleeping, laughing and talking laugh that’s no okay Slapping the doors and we can hear everything. Shouldn’t happen in a place you’re supposed to have some sleep."
