"The beds are comfortable but the pillows are too soft. The breakfast part was good except no protein like eggs. Another thing I’m upset about is when I planned my trip I chose this hotel because the pics on the website looked pretty. When I arrived nothing like what was advertised. So this was the only part of my vacation that I was very unhappy about. False advertising is something I don’t respect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I should get a refund for this false advertisement and because I paid for 8 nights. I’m not a happy camper now. "
