"Dennis, the staff member on evenings, was by far the best in customer service that I've ever experienced in a hotel setting and beyond. My family and I felt welcomed and will definitely be staying at this establishment in the future."
"It is a beautiful hotel, noted both couples as well as families having fun. But what I really appreciated the most was the staff. Every interaction was positive, they all were helpful and friendly. The first thing as soon as I walked to get registered, I noted their smiles. They are Pet friendly too… It was a wonderful experience…"
"Hotel Solares is an older property with very affordable prices What was very impressive was the pet friendly room, which had laminate floors (no carpet, hurray) that allowed easy cleanup for any accident. I didn't bring my dog, but in a hotel, she usually is nervous and I'd never had a pet room that let me clean up her little messes. The really cool part was outside the patio door. Each pet room was fenced with astroturf over some of the area and a big sand box for the pets. You could leave the patio door open and your pet can go in and out and have its own yard. Wow, how cool is that?"
