"Basic hotel and amenities but the room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. No nose at all from the room above us. Very friendly staff."

"This is definitely all about the property itself. The rooms are just okay, and we did have requests that had to be made a couple of times before actually receiving the services. Not too sure I would stay here again however I would absolutely love to check out the spa and the services they offer. The property is beautiful and tucked away. That is what we wanted so that met our needs nicely."

"My stay there was very nice. The staff were very helpful my check in was super easy and fast ,the room was big enough and clean .We walked to the boarwalk first time visiting santa cruz. It was a good experience. Overall was very nice. Next time i visit santa cruz ill stay there again."

"Clean room, spacious. Bed was the best one of our trip thus far. Right across the street from the boardwalk. Breakfast was pretty good, wish they had more protein options however. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Although it appears to be an older property our room was updated and clean. The small private patio area was dirt, rocks & a couple of grass plants, but table ,& chairs were clean."
