"I can’t possibly give this resort enough stars. Exceeds expectations with the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks in the room, motion activated lighting under bathroom counters to guide the way to the toilet at night, the low step in the shower to put your leg on to shave. The pool was fantastic, as was the Aperol Spritz. The location could not have been better. Valet parking so easy. Helpful, effective staff. Everywhere I looked there was some decorative accent impressive enough to photograph. I could hear the ocean from my pool view room. I’m leaving against my will, can’t wait to go back. When I get home I guarantee no one will greet me with a smile and glass of champagne!"

"We recently visited Santa Cruz over the holiday weekend. It was a wonderful trip the view of the ocean from our room was literally everything! The room itself was very basic but to be honest people don’t visit here for the room itself for the location. I will say though that parking is crazy, my mom is handicapped and there were several times that people who did not have handicap placards were parked in the assigned parking spots and parked illegally making things rather difficult for my mom I did have to complain to the front desk staff more than once before action was taken to make those individuals move their vehicles but eventually the front desk staff did enforce proper parking requirements. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place."
