「Excellent stay. Great service. Only area that needed a little TLC was the exterior hallways which had lots of cob webs.」

「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」

「Hotel is newer and well maintained. The staff was helpful and available all hours. It is fairly close to San Jose Airport so that was big for us being later in the evening and needing to put a little one to bed! Highly recommend! 」

「Room was updated clean and modern, comfy beds and pillows. The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. I mentioned one time that it was my daughter’s birthday and several times she was wished happy birthday or asked what we were doing to celebrate and made her feel special. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and pier. I never had to move my car once. Such a great weekend for my daughter’s birthday, we will for sure return here again soon! 」

「Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. If so cared about the quality and variety of food at the continental breakfast I would rate lower. No room service and no restaurant or coffee shop on site is a negative. 」
