"The property was stunning, and you felt very cared for. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only thing I did not like was that you could not use the spa even though you were a guest in the hotel. You had to pay a day spa fee or get a service. You should be able to use the steam room and sauna as a guest of the hotel."

"When checking in the front desk clerk tried to charge me $150 for my pet, when the Expedia website clearly said $75. After much complaining and showing him the $75 pet fee in the app, he only charged me $75. The facility was clean but there was a broken lamp in the room and the lights between the bed did not turn on. Breakfast was good and service people for breakfast were friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel was super nice, great time with my fiancé. Got a partial ocean view room on the corner but we practically had a full ocean view! We enjoyed the patio! "

"Room is spacious, plenty for a family of five, and the Buffett breakfast is generous given the price of the hotel. Another positive is the staff, they were gracious and professional throughout. Areas it lacked: - tub/shower would not drain well, water would back up, likely due to people bringing sand into the shower - check in was delayed due to technical issues so that wasn’t fun, but again staff was great and it was out of their hands - you must valet park. Total scam, $23 per day, they move your car 50 feet under the hotel. It’s an annoyance and does not benefit the customer. You should have an option to park yourself which there is not. It’s not a high end hotel so I see this as a money grab, plus you should trip so 3 nights ends up being an extra $100. "

"The property was okay. Our room had a bathroom sink with cracks, a floor that had soft spots and a broken lamp. The place was packed with children at the pool. Not quite what I expected. "

"Stay on 3rd floor if you don’t want to hear kids running around Bring your own water/drinks as the vending machines were sold out everyday Rooms come with lotion, body wash and shampoo attached in bathroom. Pool area was spacious and nice. They have 2 hot tubs so that was nice to see Easy 5 minute walk to the beach "
