Unfortunately the reservations wàs not clarified enough that I needed wheel chair assessble shower with 2 queen beds....first room we were in was not wheel chair accessible. We were relocated to a room with only 1 king bed and a sofa bed which was not comfortable to say the least.....although staff was very friendly.

Nice and clean up to date hotel. Great location near the boardwalk. Need more than one worker during check in time. Long line and wait to check in. The valet workers were very friendly and helpful getting things in and out our car.

The pool was tiny and not adequate for multiple families. But, the staff were amazing! Front desk and everyone involved in the cafe, from bartender to chef to baristas… awesome.

We love the location of the place which is close to the beach and the Boardwalk. Please know that you need to pay for parking per day. We found multiple spiders in the bath tub during the shower which was scary. Please double check your invoice to avoid food charges that you did not make at the Bistro.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Close to pier and downtown. Left a shirt in room & they were eager to help; I pay for shipping label. Water bottles in lobby market for $9 & $10 ...ridiculous & outrageous. Website lists $25 for parking per nite & actually $30 when valet takes car.

We had to wait a full hour to check in after the posted check in time and were told the cleaning staff was running behind. This was the only hotel on our trip where this happened. The room was spacious but showed signs of wear.

Loved the property and walkable to all Santa Cruz activities at the Boardwalk. Nice dining option at the Bistro for breakfast. pool was clean and large compared to most in Santa Cruz. Property has valet parking which is necessary with beach parking at hotels these days. Thanks for a great time.

Not worth the cost though. The toilet paper holder was broken and the decor was a weird 50s revival. I don’t know it was weird and would be better just modern. Also did not like that the electricity for the room only works if you leave a key in. That was odd.
