"The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. "
"I was really happy with the attention from the staff at the hotel. We arrived quite early (at noon) three hours before check-in time and were allowed to check into our room immediately. I also needed to attend a work video meeting that ended at 11 AM and routinely runs slightly longer. I asked if I could do a slightly late check-out and was given the option to check out at 12 PM with no extra charge. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and flexible at accommodating my request. Would definitively stay there again!"
"The property is conveniently situated near freeways, but it is quiet and easily accessible.
We had a great breakfast in the hotel which was reasonably priced.
Check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Our only complaint was that our room was not made up after the first night, prior to our second night. The staff knocked on the door to do the room, and we said we needed 5 minutes to get out for them to to the cleaning. We went away for 45 minutes, but upon our return the room had not been made up which was a disappointment as we afforded them plenty of time to clean it and make up the bed, change towels etc.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again.

Parking was full when I came in late but the staff accommodated and allowed me to park in a safe place not usually designated for parking in the lot. Easy going friendly staff. Great prices. Thank you"
