This was a great place to stay. The rooms were huge, very clean, hottub and pool were amazing! The pool was heated. They let us check in early and valet staff was very helpful with local spots. Will definitely be coming back here!

Nice hotel. They upgraded our room for free which was very nice. The bed was ok and did the job. We didn't eat breakfast there because we wanted to enjoy the Santa Cruz diner but it looked good and there were a lot of people eating. The highlight however was the valet. That guy had me laughing and he gave us great directions and options of things to do before our concert.

The staff was wonderful, especially Raichel. I loved the copious, varied breakfast with many healthy options. The only thing I would suggest to improve is how you wash the towels or what detergent you use. The towels smell very strongly of cleaning agents.

The breakfast is so delicious. My partner and I absolutely love staying here. Whenever we're in Santa Cruz, we always choose to stay here. The hot tub and pool are enjoyable. The valet workers are so friendly, especially Derek.

The room was clean and the breakfast options were good. I was not aware there would be a twenty dollar valet parking fee, which was not ideal since we only stayed one night and arrived around ten pm. The front desk staff was not very friendly and did not seem happy or particularly helpful.
