「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「Everything about my stay was awesome. The room sir comfortable with lots of entertainment options. And the staff are really what make it great especially all the hard-working housekeeping that keep those rooms so nice and the front office staff who are very patient and welcoming. I hate leaving great reviews because I know it'll probably get them all booked up, but I really did have to shout this one out. Very good.」

「I loved how quiet and clean this place is and how helpful the staff are. I had some reservation changes and they had no problem accomodating me. My room had a great view of the ocean from the balcony, plus it was super clean and I could control the heat. Definitely the best pick for a getaway to Santa Cruz--only 2 minutes from Wilder State Park, Natural bridges and great coffee shops. Will stay here again!」
