「Not good」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「Room 303 did not have a clock/alarm clock, no glasses just cardboard coffee cups. Otherwise good place/stay, great breakfast. This was our fifth stay at a different Hampton Inn, will continue.」

「The inside is better than the outside appeara. We liked the pool area and ambiance. Didn’t like paying $30 for parking and having a nonfunctional bathtub stopper. 」

「This place is so beautiful. The manager was amazing! We had mixed up days and she corrected it and gave us a perfect room with a balcony! We will be back and recommend it to friends!」

「This property is a delightful historic gem very close to the Santa Cruz boardwalk. The owners are kind and generous and the home was quiet and peaceful. Art decorates the walls, bright windows open to the beautiful green spaces outdoors. We would recommend anyone visit when they are in town.」
