the kitchen was cute but the fire alarm went off so much when we cooked. There was minimal smoke/steam with the window open and fans on, it still went off, it was annoying. good stay tho

Check-in there was a kiosk with someone to check in with on a screen even though there was a receptionist inside the office. Entering the room the air felt musty and humid in the room. It needed to be aired out after it got cleaned. There was no welcome instructions on pool hours, wether we needed a key or not for the pool. No WIFI information. First time there was no welcoming letter with guides. The beds were nicely made. There was 1 towel for a room of 4 people. My husband had to go ask for towels at the kiosk instead of the person at the front desk. The bedside table was dirty, it still had a ring from a cup on it. There was an opened soap bar sitting in the shower soap holder. I actually went out and purchased cleaning supplies to clean the shower floor. After a shower, we had to ask for a large amount of towels due to how bad the water went out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. The pool and hot tub. It wasn't the cleanest, you can tell the wall tiles need a scrubbing. It was relaxing for about 10 minutes until families started to come in and the children were getting in the hot tub. Unapologetically, accidentally stepping on our feet, hitting our knees. Max people in the hot tub according to rules was 8. There was way more than that after 10 minutes, no longer relaxing. We left the pool area. Towel service staff was kind. Will never stay at this hotel again. Male guest in the morning was extremely loud sounded as if he was in our room.

Had to check in/out and discuss any issues over a kiosk that was outside and it was pouring rain. Tv did not work the entire time we were there. Loved how close it was to the boardwalk and wharf

This property did not have our room confirmed even though we booked 2 weeks prior. We could not get our room at 8pm at night with our two toddler girls waiting to go to bed. We were very disappointed and had to drive 3 hrs home while being very sleepy. We had a confirmation # and the charge was already on my card, the person on the kiosk even had our confirmation # but said somehow it wasn’t fully confirmed. I cannot believe we were turned away and not given a room.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews on this hotel so I was a little nervous before checking in. I called on our way to see if it was possible to get a bottom floor room as we were brining our bikes. They accommodated me no questions asked. They are dog friendly and in an excellent location! Close to the boardwalk and tons of food. Our room was great for what we needed plus tons of room for our 3 bikes. We had hot water and AC.

Our room was literally dirty, within one hour of checking in we were asking for a refund to move. They refused but offered us a different room. It was cleaner, but still not the greatest, at least it smelled cleaned and the blankets/sheets had fold creases as if they had been recently changed. Both rooms were missing the pullout couch as stated. Baffled as to why they charge a $100 cleaning deposit upon arrival for a room that wasn’t cleaned in the first place lol we decided to eat the cost and stay at the hotel right next door and had a much better experience.

Not bad for the price. Difficult to get assistance. Staff was unavailable from 9pm to 9am, couldn't even get towels. Hot tub was reasonably warm but not very clean. Shower water was inconsistently hot. TV did not work unless logging into your own Netflix. Kiosk check in was a bit strange - a person on the screen to help you. Benefit was the pricing and the short walk to the beach and the Boardwalk!
