「Parking was very convenient and easy to do.」

「The team was very responsive and accommodating. It was my first time ever in New Orleans, let alone a unmanned hotel. The experience was cool and I like what they have going on here. If there's an open room whenever I go to New Orleans I'm definitely booking with them. Thank you guys!!」

「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」

「Great hotel right off the river close to a lot of the popular tourist spots! Very convenient if you cruise as it is right beside the cruise terminal and there is an outlet mall that is attached.」

「Highly recommended. The guest room facilities here are excellent — easily one of the best value-for-money options in the area. What really stands out is the crew members, who make you feel truly at home. For guests who have just arrived, this warmth makes the experience especially comforting. Special thanks to the front desk team, Sean and Dex, for their kindness and professionalism.」
