「hotel restaurant on the first floor provided awful services and the server there had really rude altitude. I already report to the hotel related department but no one ever give me any feedbacks.」

「The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.」

「The place was nice and conveniently located. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. And the first day the water didn’t get very warm/hot.」

「Expedia sent me a message about my amenities and what was included for our stay. But the staff didn't seem to know anything about the information. There was a 10% discount for staying at the Royal Sonesta that was supposed to work for the WWII museum that ended up not working at all. We even asked the Concierge and he said use the code and it didn't work. That was disappointing.」

「The property is undergoing minor renovations, that left my husband and other guests stuck in the elevator. There were no apologies nor concessions made in that unfortunate situation. Our visit was pleasant. 」

「Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. 」

「Nothing was "wrong". But the whole place was run-down, inside and outside. I know you can't control how the opposite side of the Harvey Canal looks. However, I just don't see how keeping fresh paint on the buildings and boat along with well manicured gardens could cost so much that it is non-existent. While this has nothing to do with sleeping quality, the room just looked "worn". The carpet was flat, the curtains hung crooked and droopy, and the ironing board had seen better days. While I...

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
