"My husband and I stayed in house #4. Despite the somewhat run down exterior, the inside of the house was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and cozy. A major highlight was the screen porch where we enjoyed the peaceful river view while having coffee in the mornings. The people from the management office were very friendly and accommodating and offered tips for restaurants and things to do. "As you enter the hallway it smells like mildew. The room also smell I can't describe the smell. The room was so hot and when we started the AC it took so long to cool down. There was a death roach so I don't think they vacuum very ofter. The shower courtain had a blood stain and also one of the towels. The bed was super unconfortable my back and shoulders were in pain every morning."
