「Scary」

「The shower was the only clean part of the room. There was dirt on the walls. Holes in the walls. Multiple access doors to the stair well and common halls were broken. I killed a roach on the last night of my stay. When checking the mattress for evidence of bed bugs, I found it to be badly stained. The front desk woke me up by knocking on my door to “check” if I was still staying there on my second day of my three night stay. 「The floors were very dirty and had grit on them. They had not been swept or mopped. We both about fell in bathtub because of no safety non slip finish on bottom and no handles to get in or out. No ice machine on premises. Lots of people hanging outside after dark making noise. You could see daylight coming in thru door edges.」

「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」

「This hotel was a construction zone. Everywhere you looked was filth and trash. TV did not work. No chairs in room, no WiFi, no coffee pot, iron, etc. No breakfast which was advertised. I am asking Expedia for a full refund.」

「The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can.」
