「Stayed here for work off and for a month staff was really helpful」

「The floors were very dirty and had grit on them. They had not been swept or mopped. We both about fell in bathtub because of no safety non slip finish on bottom and no handles to get in or out. No ice machine on premises. Lots of people hanging outside after dark making noise. You could see daylight coming in thru door edges.」

「I was waiting to write a review because they charged me $50 for each of the two hotel rooms as a deposit and they said they would refund it. I just got the refund. The hotel was being refurbished and so it didn’t have an ice machine and the outside was pretty in need of repair but the beds were amazing. The bedding was the best I’ve ever slept in the pillows were great. They redid our rooms that had fresh paint and it was very comfortable. In another few months, the place will be terrific.」

「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」

「There was lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. The shower could have been cleaner. The a/c barely worked at all in the room. We had it set in 64 and it probably didn’t get below 74 in there. The front desk staff were neither friendly or helpful but they weren’t rude. You could just tell they didn’t want to be there and they weren’t going to put forth any effort. In fact when we went to check out and advise of our issues, there was no front desk staff to be found. 「The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」
