「Scary」

「The web site said smoking rooms, this is untrue. I was fine with that, but my room smelled like a smoking room. There where cobwebs on the lamps and the tables where dirty. The shower was dirty and had a whole in the ceiling. The outside was very dirty. I would never stay at this hotel aging. I would tell everyone to stay far away from it as they can.」

「This hotel was a construction zone. Everywhere you looked was filth and trash. TV did not work. No chairs in room, no WiFi, no coffee pot, iron, etc. No breakfast which was advertised. I am asking Expedia for a full refund.」

「The man who was working in the office was so kind and helpful. He made it a point to check on us as we were coming back one night and get us new towels.」

「Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10」

「This place was really charming. It's run by a family rather than a corporate entity, and the difference is palpable. Will stay again.」

「The facility was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. It was a little outdated, but comfortable and a good value. Check in took less than 3 minutes. Breakfast selection could have been better, but it worked. Would stay there again.」

「The lobby looks newish, but everything else is very old. Things are peeling and cracked and missing knobs, attachments, shampoo bottles should’ve been attached to the wall, but it had fallen off and still hit the attachments on them and were in the tub. It was fine, but I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.」
