"We are a family of four with a grown up son in a wheelchair. We booked the family room which not only is really spacious but also perfectly accessible. The bathroom is large, as is the shower and there's a chair to seat the less mobile guests. The hotel scores overall very well: the sports facilities are abundantly present with an impressive gym and what we liked a lot was the bowling area. The breakfast is limited but excellent. You won't regret staying here!

"I just really enjoy this hotel! From the amazing views to the rooftop hot tub to the very pleasant and helpful staff, I no longer consider any other hotels in town. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. I've never had any issues with cleanliness. They have a great gym and a very good breakfast. The attached restaurant is also quite good. Location is pretty perfect in terms of getting around and, though it is a bit tight, it's nice that they have a parking deck underneath. My suitcase got lost for a couple of days and I was FASCINATED to learn that the Quality actually has rental workout attire for a VERY good price! It is the only reason I had a change of clothes for my first day in town. "

"Karlstad is a jewel. Beautiful small city. Walkable and the scenery around the city is spectacular. Breakfast was excellent. Pub and restaurant outstanding. Room smartly designed. Very professional and efficient staff. Will return!"

The best - look no farther!

"Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience! "
