A charming little hotel with beautiful public spaces and a very nice breakfast. The room was comfortable with a reading chair and spacious walk-in shower. Staff was pleasant and personable. Excellent location on the public square with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. Loved my stay here!

Great hotel

Very friendly. Amazing selection for breakfast. Served early when we had early starts (we were racing at Kinnekule) Rooms were rather warm unfortunately. Lounge on our landing with coffee and cakes was also a great bonus.

Basic Hotel for short stay.

Hotel is 2nd to 3rd floor in the Building. Think there have been an office before...because some bathrooms and showers are original from the office period. I had the room that I believed was a dressing room before it was an Hotel Room. PRO: Clean, Nice Staff, Central Location, Excellent Breakfast, Free Coffe if you living on the Hotel. Good Internet CON: Small Rooms, Old TV's..forget smart TV. No parking space.

Vi besökte hotell Rådhuset i Lidköping två nätter, 26-28 september 2025 i varsitt enkelrum standard. Blev mycket besvikna på standarden på rummen. Mitt rum 215 var fruktansvärt varmt. Första natten med täcke var såå varmt, så inför natt två bad jag att få ett separat påslakan att använda istället för täcke men även då var det alldeles för varmt i rummet. Sängen var "unik"; en smal bäddmadrass på ca 70 cm bred (dock ganska skön) men under madrassen en säng som är mycket bredare än madrassen, sängbredd på kanske 100 cm? Det gällde att ligga still för att inte trilla av den smala madrassen, sängen var ca 15 cm bredare på var sida om madrassen. Bättre komfort/en vanlig säng kan man förvänta sig av ett hotell. Badrummet var mycket litet och omodernt. Golvet i badrummet var mycket högre än i rummet, dvs ca 20 cm!! hög tröskel för att komma in/ut i badrummet, besvärligt för mina knän. Det fanns inte en enda hylla eller något utrymme på det mycket minimala handfatet att ställa sin necessär på. Det står på hotellets hemsida att tv:n har 16 kanaler vilket inte stämmer, 5 kanaler fanns. Rum 222 är granne med köket och man vaknar mycket tidigt av ljud därifrån. Det är mycket lyhört. Vi båda betalade 1.116 kr/natt för våra rum. Priset är ett ockerpris för ett rum av denna standard. Reception och frukostrum var dock renoverat och trevligt, frukosten var liten men bra.

Detta hotell är det sämsta vi har bott på. Sängarna var som hängmattor, allt satt löst i duschen, städningen undermålig. Sagt till om glutenfritt bröd, sista dagen fanns inget att få. Kaffet var som färgat vatten på morgonen, äggröran var som vatten. Personalen gjorde nog sitt bästa men inga resurser tyckes finnas.

Rummet slitet och dålig säng

Detta var ett av de mest slitna och dåliga rummen jag bott i på länge. Sängen var bedrövlig, ingen air conditioning och TVn hade bara 2-3 kanaler. Frukosten var ok förutom att de inte fått leverans av kaffebönor!

Ett centralt hotell med trevlig personal

Bodde här med min man och bebis en natt. Vi kom ungefär 90 minuter innan incheckning och det var inga problem att checka in redan då. Väldigt tacksamma över detta då vi skulle iväg på bröllop. Vi hade på förhand bett om en spjälsäng till vår bebis och den erbjöds utan kostnad. Tyvärr var madrassen till spjälsängen alldeles för mjuk för att det ska anses vara säkert för en bebis att sova där. Rummet var rent och städat, men lite småslitet. Frukosten var även den helt okej, ett basutbud. Jag skulle säga att det här är ett centralt hotell för den som inte är ute efter något extra, mer än en plats att sova och äta frukost på till ett rimligt pris. Med det sagt är det ett hotell vi absolut kan tänka oss att återkomma till.
