「The staff was great. The rooms were clean. This is an older motel but it’s maintained really well. Although we didn’t bring a pet, the have 3 or 4 pet friendly rooms. The motel is really close to the entrance of the park and the are several places to eat near by. Also the rates are quite reasonable. We will definitely stay there again.」

「The room was not the cleanest that it should have been but we understood that the hotel is under major renovation. So some dust and debris are going to be inevitable. Staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to the new and improved Park Tower Inn. We have stayed here many many times and it holds a place in our hearts from the times and memories made during our stay at this place in Pigeon Forge. 」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the fireplace in the room and the cabin feel. The balcony looked over the creek and it was so nice to step out and watch the geese and ducks and hear the running water. So beautiful. The location was great. We walked from the hotel to everything we wanted to do and the trolley passed right by if we would have wanted to use it also. 」
