「Staff was very accommodating, pleasant & helpful. Room was ok, could stand a bit of updating carpeting (stained) and fixtures in bathroom (rusted).」

「The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.」
