「Wonderful breakfast and dinner with drinks! Very clean」

「The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standards I would expect from any reputable establishment. Upon closer inspection of the room, it was apparent that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. In addition, the bedding and floors did not appear to have been adequately cleaned, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety. 「My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.」

「Do not take your personal property into the rooms! I left all of our items in my car. If there had been any other options for the night I needed I would have canceled my reservation. As soon as my son and I entered the room I immediately killed the cockroach in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but the ick factor was at an all time high. If I could have made the drive back home and not made it home at 6am I would have. Absolutely disgusting. 」

Our first time using digital chack in and it was a bit confusing at first. Staff responded quickly to voicemails and got us squared away with early check in and codes.」
