「Kind of a run down location. Bed was pretty comfortable but the bathroom looked a little rough. Old shower head, not very hot water and not very hard pressure.
Breakfast was not very good at all. The waffle maker had stuck on waffles and even after someone tried to clean it, it happened again. Very limited options. Wet and soggy eggs, hard as a rock biscuits, runny gravy. Don't stay here for the free breakfast. We booked last minute after flight cancelations.」

「This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating.」
