"Property was adjacent to interstate for easy access -- traffic noise did not interrupt my sleep but very loud at pool area. Free breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal -- only. However directly across the street was Waffle House and a Circle K gas station that had sandwiches & snacks. I chose this place because of the pool and breakfast so I was disappointed with that. Room was nice and clean, staff was great."

Hilton Knoxville Airport

Hilton Knoxville Airport

8/10 Good
"The hotel was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. But unfortunately the way the hotel handled the current construction with respect to the entrance and check in was unacceptable. I repeatedly had to circle around to try and find a way in then, with no other options, temporarily park in handicap parking and trek an unacceptable distance through the conference center to check in. The fact that the hotel didn't have a better contingency plan or at least significantly better signage/way finding is mind boggling. Absolutely not acceptable. Fortunately the lovely check in staff got me settled down but it wasted a good half hour of my time in the meantime. I will hesitate to stay at another Hilton property in the near future because of how silly this was."
