「Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. 」

「Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

「This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. 」

「Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. 「Easy check-in and check-out, with easy texting options for any needed requests. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 」

「The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.」

「The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.」
