「Clean room, good location 」

「Nice and clean. Nice area super quiet only negative was hard bed 」

「Stayed 5 days in March. There was no room cleaning. Suppose this could be due to the time of year. The property is good, but certainly not “wonderful “ as described by Expedia. 」

「Horrible experience, my family and I drove there from Miami Florida. It’s a 12 hour drive, some of us had to work the first day so we left a little bit late. We didn’t get to this lodge until 5:45 am. I had spoken to ray and he had given me the door code for my room. When we arrived I opened the door at first glance everything looked fine. 「Great location. Close to everything and just a few minute drive to the mountains. Can walk to the strip and pull in from river road, to avoid heaven traffic. 」

「This is my favorite motel in gatlinburg. Its not expensive, the location is perfect. Cleanliness is not an A+, but its not gross. For the money, the location and the atmosphere its definitely worth it. 」

「The room was really nice and clean. We had a two bedroom with a kitchen and a small like living space balcony. Plenty of space.. staff was really nice and accommodating. Outdoor pool was really nice. We will definitely be going back very impressive.」

「The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.」
