「The pictures did not match what we were given, Either our cabin was switched after booking or a great deal of amenities were removed or simply false advertising」

「Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

「The cabin is roomie and perfect for family time. The area is quiet and clean. The issues we had were with the amenities in the cabin. The dryer door didn’t close all the way so our clothes and towels stayed wet. Tried to hang outside to dry but the weather didn’t allow.
