Best Western Cades Cove Inn
10/10 Excellent
"It was very clean. I liked that they had rocking chairs to set in outside"
"Our stay was wonderful. It was our anniversary trip. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay and this place was the perfect spot. It was really close and convenient to everything and the rustic theme was very cozy and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Very easy check in process and staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. "
"This was one of only a couple rooms left in the area the night we came through town due to some sort of event down the street. I was a bit concerned due to the age of the property and pictures were not super great. But it was available and we took it. So glad we did! Yes, the property is older but in well maintained condition. Easy parking directly in front of our room. The desk clerk, Christy, was stellar! Friendly, gave a great dinner suggestion, and offered her assistance with anything we might need. She was friendly, efficient and just a lovely individual! The room was clean and no frills but very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom I wish I could take home with me! Seriously. It’s amazing. I would stay here again any time and you should to. Family owned place beats hotel chains hands down. Breakfast is included but we did not have any as we had food to use up ourselves. At checkout, Christy asked if we liked the dinner (she remembered!) and thanked us for coming. Don’t overlook this little gem!"
"We love staying here in the quiet side of the smokies. They have two very nice swimming pools. A few good local restaurants near by. Elvira’s is amazing choice also Burger Master."
