There were an Hispanic couple who could not sleep either. This was around 4 AM. When I came to to front desk, no one was there. But when I decided to checkout the front desk person woke up and appeared. I told him about the noise but he said he didn't no anything about it. 「My room was right by the front desk. Noise day and night at all hours. Could hear people talking at」

「If you are looking for something special, hotel Cleo would not disappoint. The French decor and character created a true European feel. Our room was amazing with huge ceiling to floor windows and cozy sitting area. All furniture and decor feature were unique and very good quality. The food at the hotel’s Lilou restaurant was delicious. We had a wonderful romantic stay.」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」
