"Wonderful place to stay"

"When checking in we were notified there was a boil water notice, not a big deal. However, we weren’t notified when it was lifted. I’m not sure who dropped the ball there, but can improve on communication. Also, our stay was for 3 nights, I didn’t expect daily cleaning but we didn’t get cleaning/service at all. I had to call on the second day to request some clean towels. After waiting over half an hour I had to call again to see if there was a mixup as we had not received them. Ended up getting the towels within ten minutes after the second call. That was pretty inconvenient but overall we had a great stay. "

"Not happy with room service. Had 2 children had come back after Savannah bananas game. They were hungry and thirsty. Kept trying to call and phone would not ring finally called desk and they said high volumes not taking orders. This went on for an hour. She said happens all the time when there is an event no room service Friday and Saturday. So I think you should let people know a head of time if this happens all the time. When we check in"

"The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The valet guys were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with multiple trips to our car in the parking garage."
