「Not at all what I remembered from staying here years ago. Service is very poor. Food is average. Hotel public areas need a lot of TLC. For what we payed, I don’t believe it is worth it.」

「The property was very nice and staff was really helpful. I had an incident with a portable carbon monoxide that went off in the middle of the night. The security guard and front desk agent came right away and figured it out I had faulty batteries on my device. They reassured me CO levels were not present and explained how is monitored. 「Everyone was just great if I had questions or any issues such as the air conditioner not working properly as soon as I notified the front desk someone was on it It’s very expensive the drinks & the food but you’re on vacation plus there are many places outside the hotel for an authentic feel and taste of the island I would definitely stay again Shout out to Ashley , she rocked」
