"Honestly speaking, the room is a bit small for a couple or family, but it’s perfectly fine for me as I was travelling by myself, everything is clean and all the amenities are working, stuff were polite and supportive when you need them, overall it’s a good place. "

"Feel like you are in a giant "factory" only geared towards hosting people to sleep for 1 night. Impersonal check-in on machines. Elevators are constantly too full. Rooms are small and oddly designed (beds on an uneven platform, a danger for anyone with slight mobility problems). Gym was extremely small (too small for an hotel of that size). Restaurant has a buffer which was a bit pricey and not so good in terms of quality but saved us from trying to find something fairly late at night. it was the most economical hotel so I guess you can ask for much more. However, there are better options for a little bit more money."

"No orientation to the room and no instructions in English for temps,lighting etc. Room key stopped working twice. Staff accomodating. No seating in check in area and crowded. Breakfast well priced for the variety. Bed comfortable. "

"Process for handling luggage storage between reservations was a joke. Relied on chat box to handle the request. Proposed that stored luggage would have to be picked up prior to me 2nd reservation check in at this hotel???? Hmmmm. Ai logic failed!!!!"
