「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」

「The staff was rude and did not want to take care of my issue because I had booked the Expedia and paid a lesser rate. They made me wait from 4 pm to 7pm to get my room because they had an issue with making sure rooms were clean and ready … while at the same time putting others in their room as soon as they got to the desk. I was told they got their rooms because they had booked thru the hotel and also because many of them were platinum members !!! I would think twice before booking here. Nice...
