「The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to all places we wanted to visit during our trip to NOLA; so, we didn't have to rent a car. The hotel is inside a shop/museum and its vibes are very upbeat. You can also learn about and purchase all the great tours available in New Orleans. Our room was nice and clean, but the bathroom wasn't spotless. 」

「Staff was very friendly, rooms were beautiful, and room service was great. The location was also perfect. They were so friendly with my service animal, and treated her amazing as well. Only downside was the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, not a big deal but definitely something that should be paid attention to, other than that, I would definitely stay again! 」

「Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough...

「Clean room. Miss Elaine, receptionist, was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location right next to French Market. Easy access to all attractions. Only comment would be , depending on which direction one was coming from the hotel was not easy to locate and reception was not clearly signposted. However, would definitely stay there again .」
