The TV in the room was working, and the pool was open and available on time. However, the gym was not accessible during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room itself was decent, but there was an unpleasant smell when entering the hotel.

Property needs remodel, maybe in the process…it is hard to tell. There were broken equipment in the lobby, not a nice property area-wise - nor exterior. Radisson you need to do better! Room had curtains that were as wrinkled as a discount bin at a Thift shop, we were missing a black out curtain so there was no block out of light. Rusted lights, handles, broken cabinet door, holes in the wall were the highlights.

The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.

This is not a Radisson property. When the uber driver dropped us off she said be safe, this is not a safe area. We walked in and saw the absolute horrible conditions of the room and left. It smells like mold, the carpet and walls are all beat up. The drain was pulled out. Just nasty.

The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated.

The place stunk like weed so bad it infiltrated our room. Both room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was filthy.

This property is very old, unkept and filthy. Only 1 elevator which is dirty. Hallways stink Rooms and linen look unclean and dirty. Bathroom n tub you will never be able to use by the looks. We had breakfast included but couldn’t muster the courage to eat. Ate out every day every meal. Shame on Radisson for loaning their name not keeping up with the standard. Very misleading

The hotel staff were not very friendly, both at the front desk and among other employees. While the breakfast was fresh, there were noticeable delays in refilling the food trays. The rooms were not very clean, and overall, the hotel felt like a weak two-star experience.

I wanted to give a good review, but the stay was not worth the $$$. Luckily I was with my nephew and not my wife. She would have been horrified to see that condition of the space and the smell (musty) was horrid!

The hotel was good for the price. They are currently renovating as my room is obvious of some of those upgrades, but still needs minor improvements such as flooring and furniture upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. The breakfast was also good. They had a variety to choose from each morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel if visiting New Orleans or surrounding areas. 👍

Hotel was a dump !!!! I would never stay there again, especially as a solo traveler. Trash in hall ways, dark open areas off the elevator entrance, work out equipment just in hallway looking unusable, floors look dirty, door to room has a slight gap where you can see light from hallway, water shut off at 10 am, no communication that it was safe to use again, homeless sleeping right outside by pool area, off main road behind other establishment . Did not feel safe at all!

The staff was friendly and nice air conditioning definitely worked in our rooms and we had a Toilet that didn’t flush and maintenance was on it and fixed it immediately the complimentary breakfast was good as well !
