「I liked that this was an affordable option near my conference. The WWII museum is less than a mile away too! A CVS and a Walgreens were nearby too. No laundry facilities but there is a laundromat nearby. 2nd time staying here!」

「nice place to stay near French Quarter. It has a walkable distance to most places, daily cleaning, safe area, affordable price. The only one flaw is there is no staff on the front desk and you will have to call their sister property for check in and receive keys. Overall good.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」
