「Good 」

「The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.」

However, I just don't see how keeping fresh paint on the buildings and boat along with well manicured gardens could cost so much that it is non-existent. 「Hotel Provincial is a wonderful unique place. Once inside is so peaceful you don’t realize you’re in the city. Definitely my “go to” for my visit yo NewOrleans.」

The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside.
