"The hotel is a short walk to Riverwalk Mall. There are number a restaurants right outside the hotel. The Caesar Casino is directly across the street. Mother’s restaurant is also across the street the other direction there is usually a line but it moves quickly good for breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. "

"Wonderful staff, rooms clean, walking distance to everything. Safe environment The amenities are normal..iron coffee etc. Food: Mr Eds restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and open 7am-10pm. I have no complaints at all. I stayed in a delux room, it had a mini fridge and microwave. "

"Friendly and comfortable spot in easy walking distance to Saengar, French Quarter and restaurants. Extra friendly staff and neat and comfy rooms. Great for business travel with breakfast and nice lobby area."

"This is my third trip to New Orleans and this is the hotel I will definitely be booking on my next trip. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Helpful staff and close to all the French Quarter attractions. The only change I’ll make next time is to book a room with a window- we had a windowless room- which might be ideal for partygoers who like to sleep in , but for those who like the daytime attractions some natural light would be nice."

"Lots of shops and food choices. My room was next to the linen closet and it was quite loud most of my stay. Staff is very friendly."

"Communication and staff were all amazing. Located in a great area short walk to almost anywhere. Really loved that we were able to check our bags until our room was ready and store them there after we checked out, this allowed us to enjoy every minute of our vacation until it was time to say goodbye. Building is beautiful, does need a little work to make it look more inviting and cozier. The pool and yard area need some heat and some clean up it would be much more enjoyable to spend time out there. The beds, pillows and blankets were amazing! Bottom line is I would recommend this place and will return. Thank you again for having us. "
