"My stay here was excellent! All the staff who I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, clean and in a safe location. The area is in the heart of the city and there’s lots of activities to enjoy with great food and entertainment! Well worth the stay and I would most definitely recommend staying there. I will be going back to Memphis next month and I’ll be staying there again!"

"I wouldn’t stay here ever again. The room was run down and not conducive to a pleasant stay in Memphis. The parking is expensive and we had to ask for new towels after our first nights stay. There was no cleanup of our room after the first night which was total unexpected. "

"Beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice room, found item leftover from previous guest. No laundry facilities, virtual concierge did not respond. Adult beverages very overpriced. High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area"

"This hotel was clean, hip and in a nice area two blocks from the Civil Rights Museum and Central BBQ. It’s also right across the street from a fire station and felt very safe with zero noise concerns."

"The breakfast was adequate. The pool on the other hand was not usable. The recirculating pump was not turned on and there were scads of dead insects on the surface of the water. A complaint to the front desk was answered basically with a shrug. We'll get someone tomorrow to look at it. Unacceptable."

"Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was what to be expected for being included in the stay. You have a mixture of staff hospitality. Parking was extra but on the property able to access from the building. "
