「It’s not a hotel. It’s an Airbnb. You have to check yourself in remotely. There’s no staff nothing to call. Calling this a hotel is a clear misrepresentation.」

「A great apartment in a great location! All the amenities you could ever need, very private and parking was safe and secure. Superb communication from the hosts as well, 10/10 👍」

「This is a beautiful hotel. The staff attitude towards guests that pay high $$ for rooms could certainly improve. We had difficulty with our room key and front desk staff kept sending us between the room floor and the lobby for help, and security even said we were the 4th issue with keys. If they would explain how to use the key (hold still over sensor for 2-3 seconds) it would have saved alot of aggravation. Our room was very small for $265 a night but could be because it was an Expedia room....

「I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.」

「Breakfast was ok but it didn’t cater to people who do not eat pork. The people working the eating area were great. Make sure to not stay on the 4th floor near room 424, I’m not going to say why but if you get that room you will know what I’m referring to. Hotel was clean and when asked for extra towels and wash clothes they were provided.」

「This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud...

「We loved the lodge decor and spacious room. It was so quiet we slept very well on a comfortable king size bed. The only concern was there weren’t enough choices for restaurants in the complex. Driving through Memphis was not a good option so we ate at Wahlburgers twice and then didn’t eat anymore during our stay. The staff were very friendly and prompt with any questions we had. We asked for the concierge but they said there wasn’t one. That was a little disappointing. There were no maps of the...
