Secret was great at check in. She provided great information and service. We enjoyed the games and the trivia during our stay. The hotel had a whole young vibe to it. Great location to access nearby attractions.
Great location a few blocks off Beale and within walking distance to the Civil Rights Museum and Old Dominick Distillery. Friendly staff. We rarely hang out much in a hotel but were tired after checking in Friday and did the Friday night lobby trivia--it was fun! My only complaint is that there was only one towel/clothing hook in the bathroom--definitely need more. Other than that the room was comfy and clean.
This property is totally cool! When you check in it's like a total bar scene and fully stocked, they have pinball machines, record player with records to play. Close enough to walk down to Beale st. The room was nice with all the amenities.
The Moxy was brilliant, from the moment we arrived the lady on reception was so friendly and helpful.
The room was excellent, really comfortable and clean
The communal areas were great fun
The hotel is well placed for easy walking to Beale Street, cafes and restaurants. It’s also close to public transportation
We would certainly recommend it to friends

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The hotel was very close to most of the the attractions nearby. The beds was soft and and very comfortable. We didn’t get much sleep as the train horns at night early morning. The valet honking horns on vehicles all night setting off car alarm The bar / bar bites was very small and super limited to what you can order and cooked in a air fryer It was just very small for our taste
LOVED the vibe, all the games to keep you entertained was really cool. The rooms were small but very nice and comfy beds, awesome shower, front desk very accommodating. Overall extremely great hotel and I have traveled a lot. 10 out of 10!!!
This was the first time I have stayed at a Moxy Hotel. I will definitely stay at another Moxy again. The location for this particular Moxy was great for Beale Street. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Memphis.
Firstly, getting a free drink (we chose excellent local draft beers) on arrival was extremely welcoming! The free popcorn and free pinball were also nice treats. We love the relaxed and funky decor -and our room was spotless and modern with great amenities.
This is an ideal location if you’re looking to stay near Beale Street and want to be within walking distance of several nice restaurants and entertainment options.
However, there are a few things travelers should know before booking. This hotel, along with the other two hotels on the block, offers valet parking only. There is no onsite self-parking option and street parking requires walking several blocks or you will be towed.
Also, be prepared for traffic challenges, especially at night. Because of the hotel's proximity to Beale Street, traffic is often rerouted, making it more difficult to navigate back to the hotel.
Overall, the location is excellent, especially if being close to Beale Street and nearby restaurants is your priority. Just make sure you understand the parking situation and potential traffic issues before booking. If you’re driving, I would recommend asking the hotel ahead of time exactly where your vehicle will be parked if the onsite valet lot is full.
Loved the Memphis Moxy downtown! The bartender was helpful and friendly he gave us a list of his favorite local restaurants in the area and a welcome drink that was appropriated. We arrived early and he let us do an early check in and we got to play shuffleboard. I would definitely recommend Memphis Moxy!
This hotel was fantastic! All employees were super friendly and helpful. The vibe in the lobby cannot be beat. We were traveling with two teenagers and there were games and entertainment, as well as a bar and free popcorn to top off the vibe! The drink tokens we received upon arrival were a pleasant surprise. The overall value for this hotel was amazing! Also an easy walk to Beale Street.

We’ve stayed at the Moxy several times and it’s always entertaining and enjoyable!
Fun, hip, funky. Great location. Nearby affordable parking garage and steps to the trolley line made getting around easy. Walking distance to Beale Street, lots of restaurants and shopping.
