"The bed was comfortable. No fridge in room was the only downside of the room. The restaurant was closed so we had to go offsite to get food. It didn’t say it was closed when I booked the room but that would have been helpful as we were pulling a trailer so inconvenient to drive around. Check in staff was awesome very friendly and helpful!!"

"I just always feel safe here! I cannot express enough how the staff are so very nice & caring! They've went out of their way to help me while my Mama was transported to St. Mary's Saginaw Mi from Tawas Mi & we're from Oscoda Mi. They truly touched my heart with their kindness! Bonus- the beds here are incredibly comfortable & it's quiet & kind of out of the way but only 10 minutes from hospital."

"The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways."
