Should have been discounted for the jetted tub. Unable to use cause it had hair floating in the water. Not clean at all. Room had stains on furniture. Under the bed was disgusting. Dirty, bottle with smoke burn, lots of dust and trash. When we walked into the hotel it smelled terribly of it making us very nauseous! Also it was very cold throughout the hotel and hallways. It was also cold outside! Unsure if the heaters were turned on.

The whole place had an odd smell. Loud people walking past the room at all times day and night. Nothing i saw to say it was dirty but it felt dirty. Didn't seem safe. Smoke detector was spray foamed to the ceiling.

Staff was fine. Location was fine. Hotel lobby was fine. Room was only superficially cleaned. Sticky bathroom tiled floor. Black mold on bathroom exhaust fan and shower ceiling. No hot water. Thinnest towels and blankets we have ever experienced at a hotel. Hardly anyone staying at the hotel on a Friday night. I understand why. Avoid! Avoid!

There was plenty of room to park! Our room was at the end of a hall, and it literally took more than 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast was poor. Coffee wasn't working in the breakfast room. No fruit available. Only dry cereal was fruit loops or frosted flakes. The room was clean and spacious, but I don't know that I would return.

We had to switch rooms because there was what looked like blood in the hot tub and in the shower,there was hairs inside the tub as well and on the bathroom counter,the wallpaper was literally falling of at one part and there were random holes in the wall,the sheets had what looked like cigarette burn holes,the heater no matter what you did shot out freezing cold air, and the mini fridge smelled of rot, staff was great

The fold out couch was never cleaned from the previous stay, so at 11pm we had to wait for someone to come take off the old sheets, which were covered in crumbs, and bring new ones. When they first arrived to the room for that issue they didn't even have fresh sheets with them! It was like they came to check that we weren't lying about it. So they stripped the bed, left, came back with new sheets. Pretty inconvenient when we're trying to get to bed. The whole room was dingy and didn't feel clean. The breakfast room the next morning was so hot! We were all dripping sweat just sitting there; it was like a sauna!
