"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and had king pillows for the king bed, instead of bunch of little standard pillows which we don't like so the king pillows were a plus. Check out was at 11 which is nice later than most hotels which helped because there was a winter storm and that late check out helped us wait for roads to get plowed. "

"Beds were terribly uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms and my grown sons even tried sleeping on the floor. Need new mattresses!"

"Softest Sheets, very comfortable beds and pillows. Marble bathrooms ,noticeably clean and well maintained. Automatic shades . Nice fitness center. Yummy restaurant and bar. Igloo dining offered. Nice staff and service. We were very happy with our stay. "
