Clean, maintained room. Staff was pleasant. Extremely thin walls, so expect to hear everything going on around you. Breakfast offers the bare minimum. A budget hotel that meets basic needs.

The room was very clean. Toilets are very close to the floor and the 2 of us have back problems so it was difficult for us plus their elevator did not work and had to walk up stairs to our room. The staff was polite but did not engage a lot with them. The breakfast was very bland. Egg circles, sausage, cereal, bagels but no cream cheese. You could make your own waffles which was a plus. Toast, muffins, OJ and coffee but where it was served was very clean. The place in a whole as far as we could see was clean.

Our room was clean, comfortable and a nice size. There is no elevator to the second floor so be aware of that. The place was quiet and reasonably priced. The breakfast was pretty standard.

It was a good hotel for a last minute overnight stop in Birch Run to do some shopping. We didn’t spend much time in room, just stayed one night, but there were nail clippings on the floor in between the two beds. Even with that we would chalk it up as a simple oversight with the cleaning and stay there again, the rest of the room appeared to be clean.

We very much liked the breakfast. Room was ok but could use some deep cleaning especially the carpet. What we absolutely hated was how loud it was. There were several rooms throughout the property filled with teenagers who were extremely loud in their rooms, hallways and outside in the parking lot reviving their truck engines & driving recklessly through the parking lots. This went on until about 1:30 am with no intervention from hotel staff. My wife and I were not able to sleep until party time was over. I constantly feared my rental car would be damaged from the chaos allowed to continue outside our room. I would never recommend nor ever stay at this particular hotel again!

They didnt tell us until after I paid that the elevator didnt work, which was needed for an older person, who has a hard time going up and down Half the outlets in the room didnt work. The property itself was clean. The staff were not rude, but not very welcoming either.
