「The staff here is VERY hospitable and upbeat. Refreshing! The thing I would change (but that's not possible) is the location of the elevator. It's a little off the beaten path and tucked away. Great stay! 」

There was no warning from management that that side of the lot floods, even though it’s apparently a known issue and it had been raining all day. 「Someone tried to get into our room - they opened the dead bolt but the latch stopped them. We called the front desk. He came apologized said he saw nothing but would have mgmt get back to us and review cameras. We checked out in our pjs at 11pm and they will NOT give us a refund. They said it was the front desk guy and it was an accident. WTH ... Why wouldn't he have said that then .... 」
