「The room was not kept up. The physical appearance was ok. There was section of the door that was damaged. It was not up to my expectations. The pictures on line made it look nicer than it was」

「Hotel is under staffed. Had two ladies responsible for cleaning the entire hotel. We didn’t arrive until after six and they originally put us in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping took our keys and went downstairs to get us a room that was ready. Staff is very helpful just property doesn’t seem to be managed well. Also hot tub was out of service. No late check out available per front desk or you lose your deposit. Not likely to stay at this hotel again.」

「Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned. Additionally the bed had significant depressions, leaving me to believe it was very old, or just super poor quality. The bathroom had a soft spot in the floor, right as you walk...

「I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad...
