「The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean & accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered lots of choices. The hotel is in a good location right off of the highway and a short drive away from the outlet mall and Frankenmuth!」

「Clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to help. Downside: I had to wait for Santa to check in (not kidding). If you want a handicap accessible room, be aware that the they have tubs, not walk-in showers. Fortunately I had thought to bring a shower chair just in case. Overall, a very good stay. 」
