Overall it was clean eventhough a dirty bath towel was hanging behind the door. The rib was pealing off paint. The breakfast had no protein other than peanut butter. It was ok. I'm struggling for positives. We dont plan on returning. However the room had been cleaned. It was a good basic stay.

We stay here every year for Frankenmuth Oktoberfest. It is a non-frills hotel with a clean bed and bathroom. The suite gives a lot more room.

Our stay was very stressful. Not your fault that a truck show was taking place and the streets were extremely noisy with drag racing until 1:00 or later in the morning. What was worst due to your lack of security was the obnoxious partying on our floor. People were out in the hall screeming, banging on doors, obviously drunk (or high). This continued until after 3:00 AM!!!! We felt we had no recourse. Your manager was no where to be found and the little gal on the desk was not helpful. We felt unsafe, and needless to say, we didn't get any sleep at all. You really need to put into place somesort of security for your guests. This was totally unacceptable!!! Our stay was certainly not worth the price we paid for our room!! Cynthia W.

We loved our stay. Room was large. The hostess was very pleasant. The bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Its right between Frankenmuth and the Birch Run mall.

Plenty of parking. Rooms were spartan and only one hanger available for clothing and when I asked the front desk for more I never heard another word from them. Truck show that weekend in the area brought in a very loud and raucus crowd who created considerable noise at all hours of the night and nothing was done about it. Walls are paper thin and the odors in the halls and in the room when I entered it were heavy. Thankfully opening a window helped considerably. Had to move the coffee maker to the floor as it was the only location where it could be plugged in, certainly not where it was originally located. Staff were pleasant enough but offered little help with needs. Popular location as it was a sold out the weekend I was there. It is a cut rate facility, bare bones unless you request the suites. If you are looking for a clean, hard mattress night's rest and don't need any frills, then by all means stay here.

Arriviamo e impieghiamo un'ora per fare il check-in con una persona incompetente che non sapeva cosa fare. Alla fine ci danno la stanza regolarmente pagata per tre notti. Il giorno seguente, dopo aver fatto un giro in città, ci ritiriamo la sera tardi dopo cena e ci dicono che a nostro nome non c'era nessuna stanza e che non potevamo entrare neanche per prendere i bagagli. Siamo rimasti un'altra ora ad attendere le loro verifiche con una persona con atteggiamenti nevrotici che sembrava non capire niente. Ci chiedono la carta d'identità italiana e non il passaporto. La mia recensione negativa non è tanto per l'errore, che può capitare a tutti, ma per l'atteggiamento della dipendente che è rimasta immobile e si è ripresa le chiavi (e noi come le avremmo avute se non ce le avesse dato qualcuno di loro). Resta immobile senza darci spiegazioni o cercare di risolvere il problema. Abbiamo dovuto insistere per più di mezz'ora per chiamare il direttore. Un modo di fare troppo maleducato e insofferente nei confronti del turista. Alla fine non si è nemmeno scusata e siamo stati costretti in piena notte a fare una nuova prenotazione nello stesso hotel e nella stessa stanza per avere i bagagli. Riguardo l'hotel, molto semplice con camere spartane e una colazione al minimo. Mai più. Affidatevi a catene di hotel serie. E per ultimo, un messaggio per la dipendente: cambi lavoro, questo non è adatto a lei.
