The room was nice and clean and the staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. There is a great breakfast area that we really enjoyed and the kids had so much fun in the pool. It was way better than we expected and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we will return to Frankenmuth.

3rd picture on the website shows a hot tub . We get there no hot tub that's the only reason we booked. We live in Michigan it's cold thought the kids would have fun one night hot tub and pool. No hot tub.

Hotel was great. Clean, well maintained, super friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Pool was decent for the kids. The only downfall is the fact they allow dogs, including Pit Bulls and Rottweiler’s. For that reason, I would never stay at another hotel that allows dogs. One of the Pit Bulls we saw at this hotel easily weighed 150lbs. No thanks.

I awoke in the middle of the night to find a large BED BUG crawling across my pillow. We had to pack our things and leave in the middle of the night. The bathroom in my room smelled unclean as well when i got there.
This is the Bed Bug I found crawling across my pillow. GROSS!

Good Experience

We were very happy with our choice of hotels after staying here. We went to Frankenmuth for the day and dinner and then stayed the one night. I was such a clean and comfortable hotel. Much appreciated.

Birch run outlets were across the highway very easy to access, down the road about 6 miles from Frankenmuth Bavarian village and Bronners Christmas store the largest in the world
