「Nice room and bed, TV and shower area. Hot tub area has some discoloring on surfaces , some people may mistake it as stains, I think the surface installed wasn't the correct one. Very good service at check in and at the AM breakfast (a lot was ready before 630,)thank you. I'd stay here again. .」

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Tittabawassee Rd. In Saginaw, Michigan was more than we expected, and that was a good thing. Our room was beautiful. But first, the young lady that signed us in was very helpful. She made sure we had a room on the lobby floor that I requested. The room was very clean and we were glad to know that there was a laundry room for our cleaning needs should we have things to wash. 「The rooms were old, no heat. Cobwebs in corners. Broken shower drain. Pillows and towels looked old and stained. Second day no one cleaned or provided new towels--had to ask. Asked for heat and they brought portable electric heater. Nice people, but not aware of our society's ways.」

He was super friendly and helpful and he offered for us to be able to check out the following day a bit later than the check out time originally. The hotel office as well as the room was very clean.
