There was no warning from management that that side of the lot floods, even though it’s apparently a known issue and it had been raining all day. 「Someone tried to get into our room - they opened the dead bolt but the latch stopped them. We called the front desk. He came apologized said he saw nothing but would have mgmt get back to us and review cameras. We checked out in our pjs at 11pm and they will NOT give us a refund. 「I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times. 「They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it....
