「My stay was great! The room was very clean. The hotel is near to many choices for dinner, lunch and breakfast. The breakfast served at the hotel was very fresh,. Hot and cold choices. The hotel was far enough from the main road to be very quiet at night. Staff was courteous and helpful. 」

「First room didnt have sheets on the beds or anything. Second room absolutely reeked of cigarettes and had hairs and stains all over the bedding, along with red stains all over the carpet (dont even want to know). Shower was filthy with stained curtains and hair all over. Parking lot is filthy and pretty sketchy at night. The reviews and pictures of this place are extremely misleading」

「The room we had was okay, but the parking lot on the end we were staying at (farthest from entrance) had no lights in it, so we ended up parking in the front lot and walking to our room. Us being smokers, that was very inconvenient for us since our room was practically the farthest from the main lot. We booked this hotel because it advertised as having a pool, hot tub, and spa on site. The spa was closed, so I couldn’t book anything, the pool and hot tub were so small that we ended up not using...

「I’m so upset because the room was dirty when I got there there was trash all in the cans the shower had used soap the refrigerator had food in it that wasn’t ours. I’m just very upset when I told them they just looked at me weird and said that’s what I paid for they couldn’t do anything. I’m so mad.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, making it very convenient to get around. A special thank you to Stephanie at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone...

「All good except the Nespresso. No manual or instructions. Lacking regular coffee.」

「I did not appreciate that the shower was not working properly. Half of the water came out of the faucet at the bottom and half came out at the showerhead the last time I was there prior to this last visit there was no hot water. I’m not sure if I will stay there the next time.」

「Since the sky high sign outside said continental breakfast, we thought maybe we had misread the online information when the receptionist said it was just coffee… Since we are 75 and 77, climbing the stairs with suitcases was unexpected but doable. A note about the absence of an elevator would have been appreciated. I also expected conditioner in the shower as all previous Choice Hotels have included conditioner. It was significantly improved from our previous visit.」
