I had a little hiccup upon check in and the front desk helped sort it all out to accommodate my needs and get it all figured out and in a timely manner they were all so wonderful. 「The breakfast was awful. The eggs were undercooked and the sausages were literally floating in grease. The breakfast host literally looked me in the eyes as he dumped another flooded pan of sausage and grease. I also found dead bugs inside the air unit inside the room. Not an "emergency" kind of bugs but still.」
